Our MOQ is 1000 pcs per SKU. Mixing SKUs is not allowed for MOQ calculation; each model and color variant must meet its own 1000 pcs minimum. For trial orders, we can discuss sample quantities at sample pricing.

Sample lead time is 7 working days after drawing approval and sample payment. Production lead time is 30 working days from receipt of 30% T/T deposit. Rush orders may be accommodated with partial air shipment at buyer's cost.

Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit with order, 70% balance against B/L copy. For orders above USD 30,000, we accept L/C at sight. Samples can be paid via T/T, PayPal, or credit card. All payments in USD.

We offer full OEM/ODM: custom logo printing (silkscreen, pad print, laser engraving), brand packaging (color box, kraft box, display box), custom colors (Pantone matching), and mold changes for unique shapes. Design files must be provided as AI or PDF with art approval cycle.

Yes, we support private label with your brand name on the bottle, sleeve, and packaging. We need vector logo, Pantone colors, and packaging dimensions. A signed drawing approval form is required before production. There is a one-time plate-making fee for new prints.

Every bottle individually undergoes vacuum retention testing (thermal imaging scan) and water tightness test (pressurized air leak detection). We also perform batch drop tests and 12-hour hot water hold tests on random samples from each lot. Our monthly failure rate is under 0.5%.

We offer a 1-year warranty covering insulation failure and lid defects. Warranty does not cover cosmetic scratches, dents from drops, or lid gasket wear from normal use. Replacement units are shipped at our cost upon return of defective items. We maintain a 2% spare parts buffer for warranty claims.

We quote EXW, FOB Ningbo, or CIF destination port. For sea freight, our loading port is Ningbo, China. For samples, we ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (door-to-door). Standard export packing: inner box, outer master carton, palletized. Shipping marks per buyer's instruction.
