We manufacture premium 304 stainless steel vacuum insulated bottles for OEM/ODM partners in North America and Europe.
Since 2010, our 10,000 sqm factory in Ningbo has focused on one thing: double-wall vacuum insulated bottles made from 304 stainless steel. We supply to importers, B2B ecommerce retailers, and corporate gift buyers in North America and Europe. Every bottle is designed to keep drinks hot for 12 hours or cold for 24 hours, using our own vacuum sealing process.
All production happens under one roof across 8 dedicated lines with a monthly capacity of 600,000 pieces. We operate a full QC lab equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature chamber, and leak testers. Every single bottle is individually checked for vacuum retention and water tightness before packaging — no batch sampling.
When a buyer sends an inquiry with a target price and volume, our engineering team reviews the construction, selects materials, and returns a drawing within 3 working days. Sample lead time is 7 working days; production orders ship in 30 working days. We quote FOB Ningbo or EXW, with 30% T/T deposit and balance against B/L copy.
